The overall experience is usually good, however I have found this to be dependent of the dentist practitioner you get. I suffer from dentist anxiety and it is important to me that the dentist, whom I always inform of my condition and is not an unusual condition, is supportive and sympathetic ensuring that I remain as relaxed as possible under the situation. It is one thing to just have a check up, however this is critical to me when receiving treatment. Some dentists here I have found less supportive and considerate which makes the experience stressful and return visits harder.

I wish the word ‘beauty’ was not part of the name. I use this dentist practice to look after my teeth and they do an amazing job. Best dentist I ever had. Nothing to do with ‘improving’ the way I look and everything about keeping a healthy mouth with great teeth and great care. Don’t be put off by the name!

Super efficient hygienist experience. Could have offered a break midway to allow jaw to recover. Two ladies worked together and I believe the procedure was very thorough. On completion hygienist spotted an area that she was not happy with and revisited. This was impressive.

I have seen the practice’s Orthodontist - Karolina Jaloveckaite. Very honest and open conversation when it came to me choosing my braces. Excellent patient service and did my teeth in no time. The plan was 12 months where by month 9 I had my teeth straight and were looking to get small gaps closed and fine tuning in the last 3 months.
