Paul Coley and his dental nurse Ray are an excellent team. Dr. Coley has been my and my family’s dentist for many years and our experiences have always been very good.

It’s quite irritating to have to wait before treatment, especially after a lunch break. I have been made to wait 20 mins + because of meetings. It seems that patient care takes a back seat compared with running the practice. Please improve this.

Ultra friendly and efficient at front of house, Dr Risha and her assistants (Monday 19th and Thursday 22nd Dec) gave me the kind of service I have not had before from a dentist, She is a very good communicator when it comes to what she is doing, talks through the steps real time, gets the job done with minimal fuss but at same time not rushed or rough (which I have found to be the case with previous dentists). Again interpersonal skills of Dr Risha and her assistants excellent.

Clear explanation, including video of procedure, and showing me the implant as I requested just before surgery commenced. Also post-procedure f/s given. Would have preferred this information in early discussions, ideally in a booklet form with short video. It's important to have all infomation in order that one's decision is based on completely infomed consent. The post-procedure nutritional information is excellent, but again, like many non-dental surgeries, would be good to have pre-surgical nutritional advice as preparation for enhanced health and healing alongside post-surgical nutrition.

Good experience, just had to wait over 45 mins. Luckily had put enough money in the meter for my parked car.

My actual dental appointment was excellent. I was also recommended to see the dental hygienist and was given an appointment straight away. It was very thorough but I did think that it was much more expensive than I expected it to be.
