Fantastic staff, lovely care!

First visit to hygienist prior to further treatment-I was very impressed. I was with Batterea Preventative years ago but left when my dentist moved on and I didn't care for the alternative I was given. I hope I get on with my new one.

The surgery is very clean, warm welcome, friendly staff and excellent waiting time.

Everything was nice, albeit the hygenist I had was aggressive and caused pain on several occasions when I had to ask him to stop 3 times. I complained last time about him and I believe I had requested to have a different hygenist in future, but this was not followed up on.

Dentist was good. I had to wait for appointment because I am NHS client but when I came it was quick and high quality.

Battersea Dental Beauty is a hidden gem. The team are professional and friendly. My new dentist introduced himself and the dental nurse and took time to explain the treatment plan and worked gently with care. The new refit enhances the Practise and is nice, light and clean with interesting artwork.
