We love the dentist we have seen downstairs in the practice, she is friendly, understanding and is happy to explain what's happening. She put my daughter at ease with her treatment and would highly recommend to anyone.

Less than 5 minute wait before my appointment. Friendly staff and quick service.

As I do not like visiting the dentist at the best of times I am soon put at ease by the dentist and his nurses.

Dentist not very thorough. Had a quick look and said come back in six months. Not what other dentists have done in terms of looking and noting down how things are. Children did not like her. Not ideal when you haven’t been able to see anyone in a long time as they keep cancelling appointments. Expected better and based on previous check ups this was lacking. Now worried she may have missed any problems they may have.

Online booking doesn't work and staff don't reply to emails. Door handles filthy. Still have to wear a mask.
