I was seen immediately on the appointment time. The dentist was very pleasant and put my mind at rest. She was informative and suggested I make an appointment in two week's time to review the problem.

I was treated by dr Andre. He is the best doctor I ever met. Really professional and talented.

Worst dental experience ever. The dentist spent less than a minute examining my teeth with a gloved hand (not even any dental instruments) then told me everything was fine and to book myself back again in 6 months for next review. A complete waste of my time and money

Excellent supportive and informative dentistry. Just a bit surprised by the lack of masks - didn’t bother me personally as I wore a protective one in the waiting room but quite a contrast with current hospital practice..

There's a board at reception with a note of how late (or not) each dentist is running. It told me my dentist was running 15 minutes late. I waited 30 minutes before seeing a different dentist. I'd get rid of the board at reception because it's demotivating, and the information isn't correct!

I was disgusted that after all these years I had to pay £30 upfront for my next Hygienist appointment. I have never done this before, o have never missed an appointment and I have been using your practice for years. I have on the other hand had several cancellations from you at the last minute!
