Where do I start there is a new receptionist called Tess and she was very rude to me for no reason all I called up to ask is for when my appointment time was? she then asked me a thousand questions asking did I receive the txt witch I said I have but now deleted it. she then said to me well you should be more careful??? I mean really is this how she should be talking to patients and this isn’t the first time she has been rude to me but I thought I would let that one go thinking she was having a bad day! she then said to me who I was seeing dr Brown instead of telling me the time of the appointment once again I said can u please tell me when it is not who I’m seeing she then got the hump and said am I not listening to her??? I then said there is no need to be rude when all I wanted was the time of my appointment? I’m sorry but I’ve never had an issue checking my time before I found her very rude and condescending and I will not be spoken to like that I have very bad anxiety and she made it 10 times worst that I ended up cancelling my appointment. I’ve never had this with the other lovely girl michelle I was really upset.

A fantastic practice with an incredibly professional and experienced dentist

I have been in pains with my teeth for many years until I finally meet Dr Shibani Joshi she rescued me from all the struggles I was going through. Not just she’s excellent at her job but very kind, smiley, polite understandable, person people and everyone at Cosmo Dental & Facial Clinic is lovely too. I would really recommend her services.

Had a filling that come out when I see that lady dentist I hardly felt any pain and was comforted by the reception lady michelle that I would be ok as I was worried very nice people and come away happy with my experience at Cosmo clinic.
