My first 2 appointments were ok but I felt the receptionist on my final visit was maybe a bit bored of her job. Nothing too bad but I certainly didn’t feel she was welcoming or friendly.

The staff at Winterborne were approachable however I did see A number of different staff members on the day of surgery. I would like to express my thanks personally to Elisha Baker for her care and attention shown towards me during the day. I was also impressed with the appointment times and waiting times at my pre-consultation appointment and my post-operative appointments. however on the day of surgery I had a prolonged weight which caused anxiety. The refreshments and food provided where to a high standard. The after-care follow-up appointments and availability to ring contact numbers was good however on two occasions I telephoned with regards to queries and did not receive a reply.
