Good. No complaints

Wow! Couldn’t have been better! They all so friendly and the food!!! Wow! Just amazing! Own room was like a 5 star hotel I really enjoyed in and I stayed over it was beautiful felt so at ease the whole time!

All the staff are super friendly, the facilities are great and you are well looked after.

All clinical staff at the Runnymede were friendly and supportive throughout my stay. They were extremely knowledgeable and adapted well to what turned out to be a rather complex surgery and stay. The only place for improvement is the catering. While the staff were all lovely, there were a number of occasions where I was given the wrong food (low fibre diet required following bowel surgery). It was also a challenge to get gluten free food that was suitable for my low fibre diet. I would suggest that the provision for gluten free guests needs to be improved as it is not sufficient. Two nurses had to purchase some gluten free food for me to ensure I had the food required.

Very caring and attentive nursing staff. Room comfortable. Theatre team were brilliant.

Very good experience, what I would expect of private treatment

Where very efficient and thorough pre procedure. Explained what would happen on the day etc. Nurses and all staff I came into contact with were very kind and friendly. Called me a few days after the procedure to see check on me.
