Extremely good from start to finish. I can honestly say that everyone was both friendly and caring and very mindful of my feelings. The support given to me when I was upset at the cancellation of my surgery (this could not be helped and the fault of no one) was lovely.

The bays for day cases do not offer the same privacy as individual rooms. Stop with the vegan ice cream. There’s no such thing and it’s disgusting.
