I have had a full hysterectomy and breast re augmentation at The Ridgeway hospital and can say that I am planning to return. I have never felt so supported and safe in a medical environment as I have done at this hospital. Thank you. Andrea A

In my view nursing staff are required to repeatedly tick boxes which comes at a cost to traditional observational care . Discharge took an hour (apparently due to lack of available pain meds) even though I was the only in patient.

Well looked after. Staff were friendly and checked in on me regularly. Only down side was the long wait for the surgery. Arrived at 7am and didn’t get operated on till 1pm

The team at The Ridgeway Hospital were wonderful - from the staff at Outpatient front desk - to the ward staff. They were all friendly , warm and kind.
