Was a good all around experience

As before all staff were very friendly and professional, I can’t fault anything

I was in for a 5-10 minute operation on a toe joint but was told to arrive at 07:30 and not updated about wait times, and ended up the very last patient to be seen at 12:45. When I was told I couldn’t eat lunch before the op, having not had breakfast for that reason because it was a morning appointment, I protested and was permitted a sandwich!

Generally very good, surgery delayed by a couple of weeks due to theatre refurbishment.

I had seen Dr Moumita Chattopadhyay recently, who was absolutely fantastic. She was very thorough, injected hope and came up with a great plan to turn things around. She took her time and really went through the issue with a fine tooth comb Will be having a following up meeting for a long term plan, but highly recommended!
