Generally ok but at my last visit there was a mix up between the email that I had received from my consultant secretary and the hospital screen Can’t understand why there is now a charge for tea etc which had always been free I also can’t understand why my consultant secretary was changed after such a long time

The front staff were very busy, maybe a little stressed as people were waiting in the car park/ cars due to personal distancing. It must have been difficult for them especially when they had to find the patients.

I was only admitted as a day case I found the hospital was clean, and staff were very professional and helpful. Thank you.

I have only been the once but I was impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency that I experienced
