My experience of the Duchy was first class.

Standard of care at the Duchy was very good.

Due to the COVID situation the nursing care was fairly minimal. The room furnishings were minimal, the chairs for some one who had a hip replacement were very uncomfortable.

The whole team at the BMI Harrogate were fantastic, always friendly, and efficient.

Due to Covid - had to wait outside when arriving , and could not speak to anyone about process and where to wait ( phone engaged and no instructions given)

post surgery I was glad to leave

Nice staff - all very friendly. The physio I saw after the procedure was excellent.

This was my first visit to the BMI Harrogate and words cannot say how well I was treated. The staff took care of all my needs and the regular visits put me at easy. The visits from Mr CONROY was also a pleasant experience as they were not "stuffy" which also made me feel relaxed, or as relaxed as I could be.

Very good, I cannot fault anything.

Everything was good at the BMI Duchy The staff were excellent and sone very competent junior nurses too. The food was excellent and the cleaning staff were efficient
