Completely disorganised and uncaring

BOTH MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN USING THE FACILITIES AT THE CLEMENTINE SINCE 2006 AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS. BOTH OF US HAVE HAD SURGERIES AND PROCEEDURES CARRIED OUT AT CLEMENTINE AND WERE TREATED WITH EXTEME CARE AND EFFICIENCY..

Overall good but could be better with regards to interpersonal skills with some of the staff.

The BMI is very clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Really good hospital to be treated at

A lovely hospital with friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. One visit had me waiting longer than I would have liked but given the current circumstances, it’s not really an issue - I would recommend this hospital highly!

I had a good experience at the Clementine as it was hard as i was there during covid so no one could come in with me or visit me. The nurses were warm and caring. My room was clean.

Clear covid advice in the hospital. Distanced waiting area. Excellent staff.

It was professional, organised and welcoming. I administered quickly and effectively throughout and the quality of care during and after my operations was outstanding. I was contacted in advance to check I understood what was required in advance of being admitted, and contacted post-op to check how i was recovering. The staff were exceptional, well informed, accommodating and friendly. I had an excellent experience.
