Very good experience here

On the day day I was booked in, everyone was polite and answered anything I asked about. My care and general treatment throughout was dealt with by Nurse Raam. Nothing was too much. The room was cleaned daily. The food and selection of meal was very good. The physiotherapists who attended me whilst in the hospital were kind and instructive in regard to my exercises. After discharge I have attended three sessions with physio Jo, who has been very good and taken me through the necessary exercises to further my recovery. All in all I was most impressed with the way I was treated. I would recommend the BMI Chiltern Hospital.

I found the staff friendly and was treated in a caring way

I know all nursing staff are very busy but I didn't find there bedside manner was great. At times I felt very isolated

I was completely happy with Mr Biring , his work and his team.

Most of my stay was ok but they didn’t keep my pain under control very well
