Very efficient, friendly, clean. I was seen on time and did not have to wait long to get an appointment to see consultant.

Again you are made to feel comfortable here at the Beaumont Hospital and I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Friendly and helpful staff, minimal waiting time

On the whole I was pleasedI could get a quick appointment but I was disappointed to be told it was a face to face appointment. When I arrived at BMI Beaumont I received a call instead and was ignored when I asked The receptionist for a private place to consult with Mr Onwudike. I was told just to use the public waiting room. This was disappointing. Mr Onwudike’s kind professionalism more than made up for the experience with the receptionist though.

The staff were all very friendly and I was well looked after .

All staff from volunteers up to all medical staff were caring and very helpful, leaving me feeling I was in the best care possible.

From the day of admission to the day of discharge I felt that I was under an umbrella, cared for, in a calm and professional manner. I felt totally relaxed knowing that I was in the best possible place. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so helpful and considerate. The room was lively and bright and welcoming.

All staff I have come into contact with at The Beaumont have been friendly, professional and caring - from the receptionist on entering the hospital, my assigned nurse, the catering staff and the theatre staff.

Covid precautions good but Administration could do with sharpening up.
