Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.

Lots of forms to fill out on your first visit, and sometimes the tests you were having weren't voluntarily explained (I'm not a big question asker when nervous). However the staff themselves, the facilities, and the service provided were all excellent and I would happily return for further treatment or tests
