The hospital is undergoing major upgrading so is not looking it's best. However I was always treated with courtesy and everything was explained to me beforehand.

Arrived 1/2 hour early and was seen within 5 minutes. Efficient, personable service from Mr Sharma

Response time to follow-up, after-surgery, phone calls was poor - particularly getting past the initial 'robot' reception !! I had to resort to email. The sought for follow-up advice was received and was more than adequate, but did take quite a time and effort to get there.
