Arrived This morning at 7 pm to then have to wait five and a half hours for my procedure Coming on to 7 pm and STILL waiting on discharge papers and medical. Been told they are very busy

The doctor I dealt with and his secretary were extremely helpful. There was a bit of a wait when attending the hospital itself.

BMI The Cavell Hospital has a very professional team from. i was made to feel at ease prior, during and after surgery. The hospital assessment team did a fantastic job in explaining the process to me before the surgery. All the necessary test were performed before surgery and after the surgery the surgeon explained the outcome of the surgery very well. I had a very good experience at this hospital and I highly recommend it.
