The care I received before, during and after my surgery was amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, and as a nervous patient I was amazed at how everyone helped me every step of the way.

The waiting area was comfortable and each seat was screened from the neighbouring seats with clear Perspex. This provided reassurance and reduced the potential for contact with other waiting patients.

Everyone was courteously and friendly. Wait times were very short. Just wish it the hospital was sign posted better. Took a while to locate the building.

I can find no fault with my visits and stay as a day patient at Bishops Wood Hospital and always go there in preference to any other hospital.

Overall everything was excellent, from all the reception staff, x ray team and the doctor. I’m am very pleased to have been referred to Bishops Wood Hospital
