I scheduled a consultation with Tom Cowan to look at lifestyle and exercise following a diagnosis of compromised cardiac function. It was a very positive experience. He is empathic and a great listener. He took my history in detail, learned about my lifestyle (room for improvement !) and has come up with suggestions which, as long as I make the effort, will, I'm sure, lead to significant improvements in my health. Highly recommended.

Life changing. I don’t know what I would have done without the CHHP team. I had a very bad physio previously that messed up my recovery. The CHHP team was able to put me back on track and even fast track my recovery to go back to sports ASAP. Amazing professionals and experts in what they do, I would trust them with anything and suggest them to everyone.

James is fantastic, he listens, is thorough in his investigations and takes the time to understand the problem. He genuinely wants to help and is exceptionally knowledgeable.
