I had a very good experience. I was able to book appointments quickly and easily, I was sent reminders for my appointments, and didn't have any issues.

The facilities were great and allowed me to try out the exercises before being set the programme for the week. Staff were friendly and overall was a great place to visit.

Hannah was fantastic! It was my first experience getting some physiotherapy after suffering from intense lower back pain for the first time. A tailored routine and great 1-2-1 sessions helped to guide my recovery and rebuild some strength in my lower back. Even at the end of our sessions Hannah gave me further exercises to ensure that the pain didn’t return and even provided workouts that didn’t require any gym equipment or weights at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future (fingers crossed I won’t need to).

Polite, friendly telephone operator. I was seen that day in a clean, professional facilitator in a good locaiton. The Physiotherapist was friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional.

Hannah Hobbs provided fantastic support in helping me to recover from an ankle ligament injury. She is everything you want from a physio: empathetic, very knowledgeable, super friendly... as well as organised and efficient to get the most out of each session. Thanks again Hannah!

Physio herself was amazing but there was something odd about it being in a gym with a swimming pool next door etc My issue would only be with the facility

My first time getting help from a physiotherapist- Hannah was excellent, and after first session I felt very comfortable about the treatment plan. Wish I hadn’t put off seeking support sooner!
