Hannah was extremely well informed and offered several levels of support for my injured shoulder, whist also helping me to maintain as much of my usual physical exercise schedule as possible. She was understanding of my time constraints with work and fitting in exercises that I would have time to do. Regularly updating the exercises and adapting to any changes in the rehab or my schedule. Hannah provided the best experience of physiotherapy I have received and I would highly recommend her.

My experience at Bodyset has been absolutely fab and I couldn’t recommend it more. The gym is fully kitted out with all the equipment and facilities you need. My physio, Hannah, was incredibly knowledgable and made me feel so confident to return to sport again after completing a thorough rehab plan. Feel so lucky to have discovered such a great physio that I will definitely return to if I have any other problems!

All appointments were organised quickly and efficiently, with session always available when needed. I received timely reminders via text/e-mail and sessions were run on time. The physio treatment itself was fantastic, with appropriate exercises given to aid steady recovery & care taken to adjust exercises and approach for my particular circumstances. There was also a useful phone app which documented progress & exercise for that week. Would 100% recommend.

Hannah was fantastic! It was my first experience getting some physiotherapy after suffering from intense lower back pain for the first time. A tailored routine and great 1-2-1 sessions helped to guide my recovery and rebuild some strength in my lower back. Even at the end of our sessions Hannah gave me further exercises to ensure that the pain didn’t return and even provided workouts that didn’t require any gym equipment or weights at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future (fingers crossed I won’t need to).

Hannah was an excellent Physio, helping me with hip pain I had developed. She listened to my concerns and performed a thorough assessment before creating a comprehensive plan. I really liked the way the plan progressed each week as I grew stronger. She also scaled back exercises if I had any issues, as well building the plan around a big mountain climbing trip I had planned. Hannah was always super friendly and enthusiastic - I could see she was genuinely invested in getting me fit again! Overall I would highly recommend Hannah and Bodyset.

Hannah Hobbs provided fantastic support in helping me to recover from an ankle ligament injury. She is everything you want from a physio: empathetic, very knowledgeable, super friendly... as well as organised and efficient to get the most out of each session. Thanks again Hannah!

Hannah was amazing and it’s been 3 months that I’ve never had any lower back problems after getting a treatment from her.

Physio herself was amazing but there was something odd about it being in a gym with a swimming pool next door etc My issue would only be with the facility
