Knowledgeable and professional. I was apprehensive about attending as I have aspergers and I get a lot of anxiety at new places. I was made to feel welcome and at ease, with no pressure and managed to get through my anxiety pretty quick whilst in there thanks to the very kind lady.

Early days so can't say if the advice is helping or not yet but Ana is friendly, gives advice and is hopefully helping me to be pain free.

Went to Bodyset Ashby barely able to put weight on my right leg. Got in within a few days, was assessed and given some exercises to do and general posture changes to make. Each time I visited was reassessed and program adjusted. Got back to mild exercise fairly quickly and back to full fitness in 6months. Had expected not to get back to full fitness again. Ana was very helpful and fully involved me in the treatment and explained every step of the process.
