The staff were all very friendly and professional. They were caring and always available when I needed them. They would regularly come and check on me. When I started feeling the pain on day 2 of my surgery, they tried everything to cheer me up. I wasn’t allowed any visitors because of the pandemic, but I didn’t feel lonely at all, the nurses would sometimes come and sit down with me. I will definitely recommend the Berkshire Independent.

Excellent throughout, 2 day procedures a month apart - from the receptionist, to the catering staff, pre-op assessment nurses and ward nurses, to the post discharge check in call, the care and service they provided was first class.
