No problem at all.

This is the third time I have been back or fourth to receive my hearing aids .I have Epilepsey and have dropped seizures so need the aids in the ears . The first time I went my hearing was taken .Then the moulds were done .Then they came back wrong .Had to be made again .This time they were so tight in my ears I couldn’t get the aids out .the consultant realised there was no pull cord .The fitting was also long and very tight .They have been sent away and done again .
