Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day.

However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours.  Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

A friendly welcome and good waiting room facilities.

The staff are very polite and helpful.
I was however most  concerned that the new entrance , set  up  during the coronavirus pandemic, for outpatient appointments is very close to the COVID test bay .
