Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day.

However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours.  Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Waited a couple of hours for my treatment but my expectations were managed along the way...

All good. Doctor could have explained he was going on holiday for a month.

I was very nervous and was made to free calm, very friendly

Couldnt get the wifi to work but hospital was nice and clean 

I was given very little guidance on would care, and nothing on whether there would be a need for exercises or physiotherapy after the surgery. A fact sheet would have been helpful on aftercare.
