Fantastic so far. Staff all so welcoming and great prehab support in the run up to admission.

My overall experience at abbeycare was great, the support you receive from the moment you walk through those doors was truly amazing, I was there for 84 days so i experienced every kind of emotion on a daily basis but every single staff member at abbeycare could deal with this around the clock , if it wasn't for abbeycare I would not be here today

Loved it. Sorted me right out and made me feel like a new person.

Great from the start. Very caring and friendly environment. Therapists really good, food excellent, good range of meetings, support staff really good but seem to be under staffed. Programme very good. Could do with a closer or on-site gym. Aftercare the best I’ve experienced. Would also benefit from a bit more one on one therapy sessions. Weekends could be better with more to do.

I had a short stay at abbey care and got so much out off being there, I felt supported throughout my time and felt listened to by staff and supported to do the work I needed to do, bedrooms are to a high standard and very clean. The group work run by the therapeutic team was appropriately challenging and person centred for me to achieve the goals in my care plan, also allowed me to learn a lot about myself and about what I need to do to maintain my recovery when I get home, thank you abbey care team

My overall experience at Abbeycare was by all means, very beneficial. It was an incredible journey…challenging at times but so worthwhile. I’m coming into my 5th month of sobriety which I would never have achieved without this amazing support. Thanks to Abbeycare for giving me a peaceful life which I thought I would never get back. Abbeycare is a very well run service with amazing facilities, supportive staff and great food. Abbeycare has not just saved my life but given me the tolls to go forward and enhance my life and recovery. From admission right through to aftercare support the whole team are positive, supportive and understanding. The main asset in all the team members if their own experiences in recovery.

My son Luke was admitted within a few days of my initial contract. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and considerate. I felt my well-being was also important and that meant a lot to me. It had been a hard few months. The treatment Luke received was excellent, he was very happy at Abbycare. He left Abbycare just over 2 weeks ago, and touch wood, is doing well. I am truly grateful for everything Abbycare did for Luke.
