I have been under the care of Dr laurance and the team at 96 harley street for over the last 2 years ,firstly I am extremely grateful for the help from Robin and all of his team who gave me the precious  gift of  hope , they cared for me and played a massive role in keeping me alive and saving my life from a severe and very complicated mental illness.Whithout this help I would not be here today. The care expertise and professionalism has always  been second to none but more importantly the kindness , compassion and  patience has meant allot to me. In this day and age where patients can be sometimes just treated as another number this has never been the case. Dr laurance is some one who will not only listen but who  will work with a patient together around there recovery  ,he is extremely solution oriented and he has extensive  first hand knowledge and experience in the field of psychiatry at a very high level .Robin's team are highly organised ,proffesional and caring towards the needs of there patients. Robin is a Dr who is willing to go to any lengths to get a patient well and he  never gave up on me despite me wanting to give up, he kept me going and he gave me hope and no amount of money could buy this. Without his help and all the amazing people at harley street  I would not have survived or got this far. I am still on the journey and very lucky to have a Dr  and team who's willing to do this jouney with me so that I am not alone .For this I have the upmost respect and regard for Robin and his team Thank you so much !

I have mostly covered this in my review of Dr Lawrence. The location, practice and staff are exceptional. The practice is extremely welcoming. The waiting room is comfortable. Appointments are always on time. There is always a pleasant receptionist to greet me and offer me a drink. I do not have to stand on ceremony. The practice is 100% clean. I look forward to visiting the practice.
