The staff at 9 Harley street are excellent, right from the brilliant reception staff which i can’t remember the name. My appointment was on Tuesday 14 March 2023 at 16:30 but was there at least 30 minutes before my time, so should be able to know her from office schedule. The Doctor that did the Ultrasound of my neck was absolutely brilliant and showed empathy and professionalism as should be in medical profession. The Ultrasound nurse was very professional and knows her job. I wish this will be the type of team that i will always meet anytime in the hospital…which will go a long way in coping with your health conditions. I can’t recommend them enough…. AMAH N.H

Enjoyed my stay however I was charged for medicine (£30) which was already covered by MyBreast - the company I booked the procedure through. This is yet to be refunded. Also felt a little bit rushed out the next day when I wasn’t feeling too good. Other than this, everyone was fantastic - special mention to Susanna who was absolutely wonderful.
