Absolutely amazing experience!

I made an appointment to get my coil removed and it was such an incredible experience. No pain or discomfort whatsoever, the doctor was very supportive and it treated me with so much kindness, care and assurance. Sadly, I had been struggling with the idea to get my coil removed for a year due to a painful and traumatic experience - 9 years ago - when I got it in for the first time. I was shock to learn that the copper was almost gone meaning that I could have got pregnant. I’m glad I went to the clinic and met such an amazing and professional doctor. I will go again in a blink of an eye. Highly recommended!

The best appointment I have had by a medical professional. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I was nervous initially, but the coil insertion was so quick.

Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.

I was so impressed with Dr Amaechi. I am usually quite nervous at the Dr’s office, but felt totally calm whilst there. She made sure to explain everything step by step to me, took the time to ensure my comfort, and completed what I thought would be a painful procedure in a pain free way (iud). The procedure was also heavily consent focused and trauma aware, with Dr Uchenna explaining why she was doing each thing she was doing and checking comfort levels. I will definitely be back.

Dr Amaechi made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. The clinic was easy to find, very clean and calming. My appointment was for the removal of my IUD and despite my (relatively distant) memories of the insertion process nearly 5 years previously, the removal was smooth and painless.
