The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

They respond quickly to enquiries, All staff are professional, polite and helpful.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.
