The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Amazing dental clinic with a high level of service and very friendly and helpful staff. Huge thank you Dr. Amrita Singh for her professionalism and help. Our 5 years old son was previously stressed and scared by dentists. However, from the first visit to the Happy kids dental clinic , he was so happy and relaxed. Recently, he underwent tooth extraction and treatment under gas sedation with Dr. Amrita, everything went extremely good and smooth. Highly recommend Dr. Amrita Singh, especially for anxious children.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.
