Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.

Well looked after by attentive staff

This seems to be a well run establishment and the staff are caring. The hospital is very clean too.

Excellent service. Only minor problem for me was hearing clearly what some staff said (pitch, softly spoken, not speaking directly to me)

I recently saw Mr Davis and he was wonderful. He was kind and put me at ease right away. The procedure was easy and he followed up with me by phone. His nurses were also fantastic. When I had a question, I got a prompt response which I really appreciated.

Extremely professional, clean, everyone is very kind and made me feel at ease.

I had an excellent impression. Nice and friendly team. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend!
