The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
