The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years. When you feel like you have made friends, find yourself joking and laughing and happy at the dentist you know they are doing something right! Not only do Colin, Ryan and the whole team put me at ease their work is of the highest standard. I’m so lucky to have found you, thanks for all you have done for me. Exceptional experience. I have feared dentists all my life after a very unpleasant experience as a child, but Dr Feran couldn’t have been any more reassuring, patient and thorough. All team so welcoming and knowledgeable. Very kind and gentle and treatment has gone very smoothly. Everything has been explain to me during every session, couldn’t have been on better hands.
