Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.
