I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. Dentist told me that it was new . Good experience thank you Denise. and her Nurse. Also Michelle on reception always helpful and very efficient.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I had a crown replaced with Monisha and Magda. They were very friendly throughout and made me feel very comfortable.
