Dr. Sera is the most attentive, thorough Dr. I've ever had. I appreciate her care endlessly, and her staff are top notch.

Extremely professional, clean, everyone is very kind and made me feel at ease.

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

They were fine front desk could be a bit nicer but was clean and spacious

The team at Hammersmith were amazing nothing was too small nothing too large. Can’t rate them highly enough
