I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

I’ve been coming here for years. When you feel like you have made friends, find yourself joking and laughing and happy at the dentist you know they are doing something right! Not only do Colin, Ryan and the whole team put me at ease their work is of the highest standard. I’m so lucky to have found you, thanks for all you have done for me. Amazing dental clinic with a high level of service and very friendly and helpful staff. Huge thank you Dr. Amrita Singh for her professionalism and help. Our 5 years old son was previously stressed and scared by dentists. However, from the first visit to the Happy kids dental clinic , he was so happy and relaxed. Recently, he underwent tooth extraction and treatment under gas sedation with Dr. Amrita, everything went extremely good and smooth. Highly recommend Dr. Amrita Singh, especially for anxious children.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Excellent layout and professionally run facilities. All supported by friendly, engaging staff.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.
