The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much. I've recently joined this surgery and visited twice but I was taken with how friendly and experienced both Ian the dentist and Natasha the hygenist were. They put me at my ease and I felt very relaxed. The receptionist who I spoke with was very friendly too. I would definitely recommend this dental practice, certainly the best I've visited in London.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. Dentist told me that it was new . Good experience thank you Denise. and her Nurse. Also Michelle on reception always helpful and very efficient.

The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.
