Amazing clinic, couldn’t have chosen a better clinic to undertake IVF. All the doctors and nurses were incredibly friendly and supportive.

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

Very friendly staff

Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.
