I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I've recently joined this surgery and visited twice but I was taken with how friendly and experienced both Ian the dentist and Natasha the hygenist were. They put me at my ease and I felt very relaxed. The receptionist who I spoke with was very friendly too. I would definitely recommend this dental practice, certainly the best I've visited in London.
