I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. I had a lovely experience at Dental Beauty Bromley. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. Everyone from the dentist, dentist assistant to the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. Dentist told me that it was new . Good experience thank you Denise. and her Nurse. Also Michelle on reception always helpful and very efficient.
