The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

I attended Murrayfield only for pre-op bloods - the staff were friendly and efficient.

I arrived early, but it is a comfortable place to wait, with wifi and a convenient cafe. When it was time for my appointment I was checked in efficiently and draw the doctor on time.

It was excellent, no problems at all. Even nice food. Staff have enough time to make you feel looked after, equipment modern and accomodation feels like a premier inn. I just wish the NHS could be more like this.

From start to finish all the staff were incredibly professional with a caring sense of humour. Everyone made a real effort on all my visits to say hello and ask how things were going. Was lucky to be treated very quickly which suited my situation very well. The results have been amazing and have made an enormous difference to my confidence. Can’t recommend enough.
