Overall good experience

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.
