From the moment I walked in I was put at ease with all the staff being welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing was that if unsure or did not know the answer they would find out straight away. Not something that happens everywhere. Please thank everyone at east Grinstead for making my eye treatment a pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work.

The only longer wait was the first appointment when the optometrist wanted to do more detailed checks, which I was happy about. Staff were friendly and attentive and the outcome was good.
