Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Overall speaking, it’s a good place to visit when you seek private healthcare.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.
