I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. Kate is a warm, kind, compassionate and intelligent coach. She knows how to ask the right questions to get to the core of the matter, so that I can take steps from there. With Kate I feel safe to be who I am at this moment, and to feel and express my feelings. Kate keeps up with the current science, which greatly helps my sense of safety. She is knowledgeable, and at the same time knows her scope of practice clearly. She hasn't been afraid of referring me with specific questions. Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair. On a regular basis, people around me tell me that I look more relaxed, more present, more embodied and healthy.
